I know that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I want to make the process as clear and comfortable as possible. Below, you’ll find answers to some frequently asked questions about my approach, areas of expertise, and how to get started. My goal is to help you feel informed and empowered as you explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
1. What is your therapeutic approach?
At Edme Therapy, I take a relational, trauma-informed approach that honors your lived experience, identity, and cultural background. With nearly 20 years of experience, I support individuals, couples, and families in working through trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with parts of yourself, explore your story, and begin to shift long-standing patterns—from the inside out.
